Happy mailbox

Faiza's limited edition Postcrossing signature card. [I received card 97 of 100 printed! Isn't it fantastic?]

In the last week my mailbox has been fed with great mail that does not have a *pay by* date. So far, I have received 4 postcards through Postcrossing as well as 2 more designed by my friend, Faiza, who inspired me to join Postcrossing in the first place. Her creativity sparks my own imagination [though my procrastination usually gets in the way of putting my own ideas into production].

So far, postcards have been pretty easy because they demand so little from me in terms of prose. Now, if only I could get to writing the letters to loved ones that I have saved in my head and sending them on their way!
From Westphalia, Germany

From Russia

From London, England

Another one of Faiza's creations

I love the colourful rooftops in the postcard from Russia.

Cities that incorporate colour into their architecture always seem to have a different vibe.
