I love how you're...Hahahaha I loved this post! I love how you're honest about not liking to exercise, cause sometimes when I read about people who love it I think there's something wrong with me. I really like hiking and dance but that's the extent of it. Running is my own personal hell. And if I had it my way, I'd never set foot into another gym.<br /><br />What helps me is trying new classes. I've been to a few new ones this year (Dailey Method which kicks my ass, a new yoga class, and a modern dance class). The problem is that most of them are really expensive.<br /><br />As for DVDs, Jillian Michaels is SUPER annoying but the 30 Day Shred is a pretty amazing workout, and it's really short too (under 30 mins I think).
