Curdled milk
Indio has been spitting up something fierce for the past 2 days. It can occur directly following a feeding session or hours later when logic tells you that anything he consumed at the last feed must have been digested. The latter form of spit up is the lovely, curdled kind that smells like sour milk and gets caught in the folds of his neck.
I have no idea if this is due to what I'm eating, but I've decided to cut dairy out of my diet because apparently that is the biggest culprit of upset baby tummies. I love dairy. In all forms. Lattes. Cheese. Ice cream. Milk on cereal. I drink at least 2 cups of tea (don't worry, they're decaf--I wouldn't subject my son to unnecessary caffeine!) a day. Do I have to cut out the little bit of milk I put in my tea too? Gah. He better stop spitting up if I'm going to sacrifice dairy.
